Bio

Mr. Stone joined Apollo in 1997. Prior to that time, Mr. Stone was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Smith Barney Inc. He is Co-Chairman of the board of directors of Endemol Shine Group. Mr. Stone previously served on the boards of directors of AMC Entertainment, Inc., Connections Academy, Educate (Sylvan Learning Systems), Hughes Communications, Inc., Hughes Telematics, Inc., Intelsat, Mobile Satellite Ventures, Open Road Films, Great Wolf Resorts, Parallel Petroleum, SkyTerra Communications, and Telemundo Group. Mr. Stone graduated cum laude with an AB in social studies from Harvard College.
