Mr. Alex Parker serves as CEO of Sequential Technology International (STI). STI provides Business Process Outsourcing, SaaS and Consulting services to Fortune 500 technology firms. Prior to assuming this role, he served as AT&T’s Senior Vice President of Service Delivery Excellence. He was responsible for defining and executing operational strategy for provisioning of wireline services for AT&T Business customers worldwide. Previously, Alex led AT&T’s government sales organization for State, Local and Education. As Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Sales Operations, he supported a global team of more than 2,000 associates with diverse responsibilities including executive deal negotiation, solution design, contracting and compensation strategy. Alex had P&L responsibility for a nearly $3 billion business serving over 3.5 million customers as AT&T’s VP and General Manager of Georgia and South Carolina. His team consisted of 1,300 employees in 90 Company-Owned Retail locations, 120 authorized dealer locations and over 500 National Retail locations. He oversaw capital investments, distribution strategy and local marketing. Alex worked in London, England as Vice President of AT&T’s Global Service Management organization and was responsible for the customer service experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Canada, Caribbean and Latin America (CCLA), and Asia Pacific (AP). He has nearly three decades of Sales, Operations and Process Management experience since joining AT&T in 1993. He served as a summer intern immediately after high school every year until graduation as part of AT&T's partnership with INROADS, Inc., a non-profit focused on increasing diversity in the management ranks of Corporate America. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of International Business Degree from Saint Louis University.
