Bio

Arthur Brothag is a Partner in the Healthcare team and joined Apax Partners in 2009. He is based in the London office. Arthur has participated in a number of key deals, including Rodenstock, Acelity (formerly known as KCI), EVRY, Neuraxpharm, Unilabs and Vyaire Medical. Prior to joining Apax, Arthur worked in the healthcare teams at the private equity firm Warburg Pincus, as well as Morgan Stanley, both in London. Arthur trained as a medical doctor with a state diploma and a doctorate from the Technical University of Munich; he held resident positions at University hospitals in Germany and Switzerland in internal medicine (cardiology and oncology). In addition to his medical and research training, he also completed his MBA studies with distinction at INSEAD Business School.
