Ashkan joined Antin in 2011. He is responsible for all legal related matters. He has over 16 years of experience in corporate law, specialising in M&A, capital markets, financing and restructuring. He previously worked with Sullivan & Cromwell for over five years and prior to that with Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
