Yevgeniya is a Senior Legal Counsel and responsible for advising the firm’s deal teams in Europe and Asia on legal documentation and related issues. She joined AlpInvest in 2018 from Triple Jump, an impact investment firm, and previously worked at Linklaters where she focused on both corporate and banking law. Yevgeniya is a Dutch qualified lawyer and received an LL.M. in corporate law from the University of Utrecht.
