Bio

Alyssa joined ACG in 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, tax, financial management, reporting, operations, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. In addition, she participates in deal execution and portfolio company oversight. Alyssa brings to ACG over ten years of experience as a senior finance officer with several notable high-growth, entrepreneurial consumer companies. Most recently she was Vice President of Finance at Boulder Brands (NASDAQ: BDBD) where she oversaw finance for the Udi’s, Glutino and EVOL brands. Previously she served as Chief Financial Officer of EVOL Foods, playing an integral role in helping to grow EVOL, and ultimately closing its successful sale to Boulder Brands. Prior to EVOL, she was an early team member at Bear Naked granola, which grew significantly before being acquired by Kashi (Kellogg’s). Alyssa began her career at Bear Stearns. Alyssa holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a B.A. with honors in Mathematics and Art from Lafayette College.
