Bio

Eileen Sivolella joined Advent in 2009 and serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Advent, Eileen was the CFO of Bain Capital, where she led its finance organization. Previously, she was a partner at Deloitte and a founder of its private equity practice in 1998 in New York where she worked with many of the largest private equity firms. She served in various leadership roles including as a member of Deloitte's Board Council to the U.S. Board of Directors and deputy managing partner of the New York audit practice. Eileen received a BS in accounting from the University of Delaware
