Dave Richards joined Advent in 2009 and works with management teams across North America to support development and implementation of value creation plans. Dave also oversees Advent’s Operations Advisor program in North America. Previously he worked at Bain & Company, A.T. Kearney, and Kraft Foods. Dave earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Purdue University’s College of Engineering.
