Bio

Ann Anastasia joined Advent in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of human resources with a primary focus in the Americas and Asia. Ann previously worked at Audax Group, where she led the human resources function for their private equity and debt teams. Prior to Audax, Ann held HR positions at Wellington Management, Partners Healthcare, and Keane, Inc. where she acted as the HR consultant on their mergers & acquisitions team. Ann graduated from Providence College with a BS in Finance and earned a MS in HR Management from Lesley University. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and additional designations in international benefits from the International Foundation and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
