Joined Advantage Partners in March 2005. Responsible for investments including Diana, Kracie Holdings, Xacti, SBI Life Living (currently Wavedash), and Fasford Technology. Involved in a wide variety of industries ranging from retail, consumer goods to internet services and manufacturing, through the investment processes from deal execution, management support to exit. At Fasford Technology, supported establishment of management structure for a curved out organization from a large corporation, assisted preparation and execution of growth strategy after carve-out, and realized growth and transformation in cooperation with the company management and staffs. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, engaged in statutory audits, IPO support, financial due diligence, and business restructuring advisory services at Tohmatsu & Co. (current Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) and PwC Advisory.B.A. in Economics from Keio University. Certified public accountant.
