Bio

Anne Ott is a senior vice president with the firm’s capital markets team focusing on investor relations and capital formation efforts. She is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private equity markets. Anne was with Johnson Rice & Co. for eighteen years first as an equity research analyst and later in institutional equity sales. She also worked in corporate finance for Deloitte and Chaffe & Associates valuing privately-held companies and financial institutions for capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning. Most recently, she was with DeMonte & Falgoust CPAs focusing on tax compliance and planning for corporations and individuals. Anne holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree in business from Rhodes College.
