Emily supports the Private Credit Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management. Prior to Adams Street Partners, she was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal where she performed due diligence, developed business plans, and created dynamic operating models for evaluating growth opportunities for companies in the energy, utility, and healthcare sectors. Before Alvarez & Marsal, Emily was a Leveraged Finance Analyst at Citigroup, where she built detailed financial models and analyzed, outlined, and negotiated commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, and description of notes.
