Anne is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of various legal documentation processes, specifically those related to client subscriptions to the annual Adams Street Global Fund Program. She is also involved in corporate legal matters, including regulatory and compliance reporting, partnership amendments, maintenance of various corporate records, and other special projects. She joined the firm as a member of the Investment Operations Team, a role in which she provided expertise in processing the high volume of daily operational activity for both client and commingled fund portfolios, specializing in the liquidation process of partnership stock distributions. Previously, she served as a Portfolio Administrator in the Account Management and Global Operations groups of Brinson Partners, a role in which she oversaw the day-to-day operations of client portfolios. Anne holds a National Regulatory Services – Investment Adviser Certified Compliance ProfessionalSM Certification.
