Andy supports the Primary Investment Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process. He also is involved in the sourcing, screening, execution, monitoring, and exiting of growth and buyout co-investments. Prior to joining Adams Street, he was an Executive Director in charge of CICC Wealth Management’s private market product development and investment management in China. Previously, Andy was a Vice President with the private equity division of GIC Private Limited, where he focused on fund investments and co-investments in Asia. He also worked with Swiss Reinsurance Company’s asset management division in Hong Kong.
