Bio

Vincent Brunswick is a Partner at Abénex, responsible for real estate investment management. Vincent grew up in Paris. He started working in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley in 2004 where he stayed for almost seven years. He initially worked on various real estate funds, including MSREF, Special Situations and Core, in London, Madrid and Paris, and in 2008 was appointed as Strategic Director of the listed Compagnie la Lucette, MSREF’s investment vehicle in France. When Icade bought the company in 2010, he was appointed Investment and Strategy Director of the foncière tertiaire division. In 2011, he joined a Parisian family-owned real estate operator as a partner to develop third-party investment by setting up various funds and investment companies for value-add operations in Paris and the surrounding areas.
