Bio

Tighe Noonan is a Founding Partner of 4D Global Energy Advisors. He has been continuously involved in energy finance since 1982. After 14 years of experience in commercial and investment banking with the Barclays Group (BZW) in New York and Paris, notably in the energy sector, he joined Société Générale in 1995 where he was Managing Director, Head of Oil and Gas Project Finance. Following studies at Swarthmore College (USA), Tighe received an advanced degree in economics & finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques from the University of Grenoble (France). He speaks fluent English, French and Italian. Tighe speaks fluent English, French and Italian and serves on the boards of directors of the three 4D funds and current portfolio companies Africa Fortesa Corporation Limited, Finoil S.p.A., Global Energy Services Inc, Independence Contract Drilling Inc., Lampogas S.p.A., Aladdin Middle East Ltd. and ORS International Ltd.
