and access,
Harry E. Ekblom Jr. is a partner in ZAG-S&W’s Corporate Department. His practice is concentrated in bank and institutional debt financings and includes borrower as well as lender representations. He has had particular experience with secured financings for high net-worth individuals, and with asset types that often serve as collateral for such financings (such as aircraft, interests in hedge funds and art collections), as well as with debt financings involving REITs. He also represents dealers and end-users in connection with the negotiation and documentation of their derivatives transactions (including the negotiation of ISDA documentation) and on compliance with Dodd-Frank and CFTC requirements. In addition, Harry counsels clients with respect to the purchase, sale, and operation of corporate and general aviation aircraft, involving not only new and used “whole†aircraft but also fractional interests in aircraft operated under major fractional interest programs. Harry is the co-chair of the firm’s Opinions Committee and from 2001 to 2007 was the co-director of the firm’s Corporate Department.
