He has extensive experience in representing litigants in complex legal proceedings in all legal instances and in arbitration and mediation proceedings in the fields of commercial law, administrative law, labor law and class actions. Eitan also has experience in managing high-profile cases. For example, he represented Knesset Members Eitan Cabel and Shelly Yachimovich in a series of complex legal proceedings related to the elections of the Histadrut, which took place before the Histadrut’s hearing committee, the District Court and ultimately the Supreme Court. In addition, Eitan represented the Yeruham Local Council in the process of changing boundaries and distributing income, in which it was decided, among other things, to transfer the IDF Training Base in the Negev to the municipal area of Yeruham. In this context, Eitan represented Yeruham in a series of petitions to the High Court of Justice, including deliberations before the Investigations Committee, which discussed the change in Yeruham’s jurisdiction and a series of petitions submitted to the High Court following a decision to transfer the city of Bahadim to the city of Yeruham. Eitan joined the firm as a partner after working for 12 years at several leading law firms.
