David M. Leahy is a partner and co-leader of the Investment Management group in our Washington, D.C. office. In a diverse practice, he counsels both domestic and foreign investment companies and their directors, investment advisers and broker-dealers on matters relating to the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
