Darwin L. Conner is a partner in the Corporate department of ZAG-S&W’s New York office. With a focus on corporate finance, Darwin regularly advises title banks, direct-lending hedge funds, financial institutions, and borrowers on various complex, single-lender and syndicated acquisition, cash-based, subscription line, asset-backed, secured, unsecured and second lien financing transactions. His diverse roster comprises numerous international commercial banks, financial institutions, direct-lending hedge funds, and investment banks, as well as domestic and international corporations as borrowers.
