Christopher Cabot is a partner in the Corporate department of ZAG-S&W’s Boston office. His practice consists of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund formation, business capital structures and finance. Christopher represents numerous corporations, partnerships and other entities in capital raising transactions, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. He also represents private equity and hedge fund sponsors and investors in fund formation, investment, financing and capital raising matters. Christopher’s diverse practice also comprises the representation of private and public operating businesses in general business matters, including capital structures, equity and debt financings, intellectual property acquisition, protection and licensing, plant and project financings, manufacturing expansion and licensing, distribution arrangements, senior executive compensation and board of directors’ policies and practices.
