Bio

David serves as general counsel to a sizable number of closely held business entrepreneurs. In this role, he manages all legal affairs, including reviewing and preparing contracts and business agreements, advising on employment law issues, handling the acquisition or sale of business units, preparing shareholder, LLC and partnership agreements, reviewing and advising on financing matters, and working on all aspects of a client’s commercial real estate needs, from leasing or subleasing office or showroom space to purchasing or selling warehouses and office buildings. David also assists many senior executives of public companies in various employment matters, including negotiating employment contracts and handling severance arrangements.
