Liron Hacohen practice focuses on matters involving corporate and commercial law and corporate financing, including the representation of emerging growth companies, angel investors, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and other diverse corporate and commercial matters. Liron served as a teaching assistant for the course “Investments and Exits in High-Tech Companies” at the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Liron received her law degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2006. In 2014, Liron received her LL.M. (magna cum laude) specializing in commercial law, from the University of Tel Aviv, in a joint program with the University of California, Berkeley. Liron was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007. Liron joined the firm as a lawyer in 2007 and became partner in 2015.
