Shelley Ripley practices in the areas of banking, real estate, business and corporate and creditors’ and insolvency issues. Shelley has considerable experience in advising commercial and corporate clients, including financial institutions, on regulatory and compliance issues. She also has vast experience in asset and stock acquisitions, commercial loan documentation and workouts, commercial leasing, landlord tenant disputes, and represents creditors in all aspects of collection, including bankruptcy, real estate foreclosures and receiverships.
