Bio

Daniel Bley represents broker-dealers, hedge funds, financial institutions, asset managers, and end-users in a range of derivatives and structured products transactions, including loan facility total return swaps, deal-contingent commodity, interest rate and FX swaps, tender option bonds, risk retention financing transactions, and bond restructurings. Dan also has experience in litigation with respect to distressed structured products, including direct actions, interpleaders and trust instruction proceedings, and the resolution and settlement of such litigation. He also has experience in debt capital markets, CLOs, and warehouse/leverage facilities. Prior to his legal career, Dan worked as an aerospace engineer for the Department of the Navy.
