Bryan Goldstein focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. Bryan represents middle-market clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including: the structuring, negotiation, and execution of leveraged buyouts; minority investments; business combinations; growth financings; distressed and special situations; joint ventures; and other strategic transactions. He also advises on the implementation and execution of exit strategies through divestitures, public offerings, and recapitalizations. Representative fund clients include GCP Capital Partners, GenNx360 Capital Partners, Argand Partners, and the Beekman Group.
