Amanda Major practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings and in federal courts in several jurisdictions. Ms. Major's cases have involved technologies such as safety syringes, small molecule and biologic therapies, biopsy devices and microprocessors. Ms. Major has also represented clients in grand jury investigations involving allegations of healthcare fraud and tax fraud. Ms. Major received a JD from Stanford Law School in 2004, where she served as an articles editor on the Stanford Law Review and as a student attorney for the Stanford Community Law Clinic. Ms. Major graduated from Wake Forest University in 2001 with a BA in chemistry. Ms. Major is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
