He specialises in the provision of company commercial advice ranging from mergers and acquisitions through to intellectual property and insolvency advice. Russell Eke is also part of the firm's renewable energy division and advises principally farmers on the structuring and contractual arrangements of anaerobic digestion projects. Russell is a member of the Area Council for the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and company secretary for Lincoln Business Improvement Group.
