Svein-Helge Hanken works primarily with transactions, including purchase and sale of businesses for buy-out funds and industrial players. His main areas of expertise are company law and contract law, as well as aquaculture law. He also has experience as an in-house group legal counsel from within the seafood industry and has advised on a wide range of both corporate and operational issues, both in connection with transactions, operational projects and ongoing cases. Svein-Helge is ranked as an "up and coming" international lawyer in Norwegian financial daily Finansavisen's annual lawyer survey.
