Harald Hellebust works mainly with transactions, including purchase and sale of businesses for buy-out funds and industrial players. His main areas of expertise are company law and contract law. Harald was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2008. Harald is a popular lecturer, including at the annual company law conference in Stavanger. He is also always a part of Wiersholm Summer School, and every year he is a very popular coach in contract law and thesis writing for law students.
