Andreas Mellbye specialises as a transaction lawyer in both the private and the public sector, with particular focus on company and M&A law and negotiations. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. Over the years, Andreas has been ranked by Global Counsel 3000 as the only Norwegian "leading individual" in the category 'Corporate Finance', as one of two "leading individuals" in the category 'Capital Markets', and as one of several "highly recommended individuals" in the category 'Banking and Finance'. One year, he was the only Norwegian lawyer ranked in all three categories.
