Dr. Stefan Koch is a partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice with an emphasis on Private Equity. He has more than 20 years' relevant deal experience and has worked as M&A lawyer in the US and in Germany. Stefan is ranked as a leading lawyer in his field by top legal directories. Drawing on his broad domestic and international experience, Stefan supports a wide variety of clients with legal and strategic advice on significant transactions, including M&A, LBOs and MBOs, public takeovers as well as joint-ventures. International in outlook and approach, Stefan regularly leads teams across multiple jurisdictions. Many of Stefan's M&A transactions involved complex deals in regulated sectors or companies with disruptive business models, especially in the areas healthcare, payments and tech.
