Dr. Stefan Bressler is a partner in our Corporate Practice. He advises on M&A transactions and corporate re-organisations as well as on restructuring matters and other transactions in crisis situations, in particular in regulated industry sectors. During the past years Stefan has advised on numerous matters in the private and public bank and financial services sector and also gained significant experience with transactions within the aviation industry. Before joining White & Case, Stefan practiced at another major international law firm, both in its Frankfurt and Hamburg offices. In 2015, he was seconded to the corporate/M&A team of a leading global bank in New York.
