Dr. Jan Ole Eichstadt focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. Advising on privately negotiated transactions and public takeovers, Jan Ole has broad transaction experience, including complex German and cross-border deals. Representing corporate clients, investors and private equity firms, Jan Ole also offers advice on a range of general corporate law issues and capital markets law matters. In 2018, Jan Ole was seconded to London-based private equity investor Novalpina Capital. Prior to joining White & Case, Jan Ole worked for major international law firms in Frankfurt, London, New York and Munich as an associate and as a trainee lawyer.
