Ali Shaikley experience ranges from advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs/equity capital markets transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial advisory work, having worked on a wide range of cross-border corporate, M&A and equity capital market transactions across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. Ali is ranked as a "next generation partner" (Legal 500) and "up and coming lawyer" (Chambers Global). Ali has been praised by clients as being "an extremely bright person, and from a commercial perspective he's one of the best.
