Bio

Aaron Potter is a Partner in the Global M&A Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Industry Group, based in the Chicago office. Aaron concentrates his practice on construction and development projects. He negotiates agreements with designers, consultants, contractors and developers, and advises clients regarding an array of related matters, including insurance placement and coverage issues. He has experience with a variety of project and contract types, in the United States and elsewhere. Prior to joining White & Case, Aaron served as law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and for the Honorable John M. Rogers, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
