Adv. Tomer Zadok joined the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman in 2008, and became a partner in 2015. Tomer has considerable knowledge and experience in residential real estate development, urban renewal, project financing, as well as all aspects of planning and construction agreements. Tomer represents one of the largest and most dynamic real estate groups in Israel, which deals with land development, construction, trade and the hotel industry. Tomer specializes in and counsels leading entrepreneurs and developers in all matters concerning complex residential projects, including dealing with evacuation of existing residents, as well as handling a broad range of issues regarding rebuilding the project. Furthermore Tomer has extensive and diverse experience in representing leading clients in complex projects. His experience encompasses the entire life cycle of the project, from the stage of accompanying the financing, through the array of agreements between contractors, residents and other parties connected with the project, to the final registration at the Land Registry Office. Furthermore Tomer is experienced in drafting the wording for and conduct of negotiations concerning structure and infrastructures with local authorities, as well as conducting negotiations with the Israel Lands Administration.
