Adv. Sharon Drori–Wichelavsky joined the Banking and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman in 2003, and became a partner in the firm in 2011. Sharon has extensive experience and knowledge in banking and finances, the capital market, Company Law and securities, with specialization in accompaniment and preparation of reward programs for employees, in issuance of securities to the public, as well as counseling and preparing routine reports for public companies to the Stock Exchange and the Securities Authority. Sharon provides ongoing legal accompaniment and counseling to banking corporations, as well as financial institutions and bodies, including in the field of corporate administration, as well as bank licensing, banking regulation and representation of clients before regulatory bodies.
