Adv. Sagee Feldman joined the Commercial and International Department at Weksler Bregman in 2007, and became a partner in 2015. In the framework of his work, Sagee specializes in all aspects of commercial law, and has been representing some of the largest companies for many years. Sagee has extensive experience in representing companies in all their areas of activity, from their routine endeavors through to strategic events in the life of the firm, including handling mergers and acquisitions in complex local and international transactions of all types, as well as business restrictions, financing, franchises distribution and more. Sagee serves as legal adviser for some of the largest companies, including serving as head legal adviser for one of the largest and leading fashion groups in Israel, which includes, inter alia, the franchise for the fashion brands Zara, Zara Home, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bereshka, Stradivarius, Nike, Gap and more, as well as international production of swimwear and high fashion that includes brands such as Gottex, Profile and more.
