Michal Leder Rosen Bio

Adv. Michal Leder Rosen joined the Insolvency and Commercial Litigation Department at Weksler Bregman in 2008. Michal has extensive experience in representation of a broad range of clients in the various areas of civil and commercial litigation, while specializing in company and securities law, banking laws and civil conflicts. Furthermore, Michal possesses unique specialization in the recovery and rehabilitation of companies undergoing difficulties, drafting debt arrangements between a company and its creditors (both private companies and public companies), as well as ongoing accompanying and counseling for the firm’s clients in Court representation relating to insolvency proceedings. Michal integrates in-depth understanding of all aspects of a case, while providing personal and professional legal service to her clients, from the preliminary stages through to the conclusion.
