Adv. Michal Goren joined the Banking and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman in 2006. Michal possesses extensive expertise and knowledge in a broad spectrum of areas, including banking regulation, capital market, company and securities law and commercial transactions. Michal has acquired a great deal of experience in complex transactions, including accompanying leading banks in transactions to acquire control, from the negotiation process to the closing of the deal, accompanying clients in regulatory matters and providing ongoing legal counseling to corporations, companies and banks in all aspects of banking and securities.
