Adv. Limor Argov-Shenhav joined Weksler Bregman in 2011, and became a partner in the Litigation and Labor Laws Department in 2016. Limor has unique expertise in all aspects of Labor Law, both private and collective, in Israel and represents some of the largest companies in this country, including hotel chains, fashion chains, construction companies, industrial companies, senior officials and more. Limor has acquired extensive experience in representing her clients in a broad spectrum of cases before the Labor Courts and various judicial instances, both civil and criminal, as well as providing routine legal counseling in the private and collective areas of law, including delivering lectures to managers, participating in hearings and clarification proceedings, complaints of sexual harassment and more. In addition to her expertise in Labor Law, Limor possesses extensive experience and knowledge in representation of leading clients in the Israeli economy in complex and extensive legal proceedings, including civil and commercial cases in the Courts and in arbitration. Limor appears before various legal instances, out of Court mediation and arbitration in legal and labor matters, as well as representing the various clients of the firm before various legal, civil, administrative and criminal tribunals.
