Adv. Gil Cherchi joined the Commercial and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman in 2011. Gil’s main field of activity is in various aspects of commercial and corporate law, with a unique specialization in accompanying capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt arrangements, banking and finance, and accompanying local and international companies, inter alia, in issuing securities to the public. Among his clients are public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), private companies and banking corporations. As part of his legal services, Gil accompanies his clients regularly in the capital market, including processes of raising capital, financing processes, issuing bonds and shares to the public, as well as debt arrangements, and also provides ongoing legal counseling in commercial and corporate law.
