Adv. Dana Schwartz Ashtar joined the Litigation and Conflicts Resolution Department at Wexler Bergman in 2007, and became a partner in 2011. Dana has extensive experience in representing a broad variety of clients in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation proceedings, while specializing in class action and derived suits in particular, in company law and securities. Her expertise encompasses all the proceedings for resolving conflicts and includes proven experience, inter alia, in appearances before various instances, as well as out of Court mediation and arbitration proceedings. Furthermore Dana possesses a unique specialization in the field of banking, as a result of which she represents major and leading banks in a variety of class action suits. Dana integrates an in-depth comprehension of all aspects of the case, while providing personal and professional legal service to her clients from the initial stages of the case through to its conclusion.
