Arnie Fridhandler is a partner in Weil's Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Arnie advises private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth, pension and institutional investors and their portfolio companies with respect to buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions. Arnie’s practice spans numerous sectors, from hospitality & real estate to industrial, infrastructure, consumer and services businesses. Prior to rejoining Weil in 2023, Arnie was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of GIC Private Limited, a sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Singapore and one of the largest and most active private equity and credit investors globally.
