Sarah Walton specialises in all aspects of corporate law and company law, advising a wide range of companies (from large corporates to owner managed businesses) on corporate mergers and acquisitions, disposals, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and strategic projects. She has particular experience in the tech and healthcare sectors. Sarah is also Head of Service Delivery for the Corporate, Commercial and Wills, Trusts & Estates teams, operationally managing over 70 partners and employees nationally.
