With three decades of experience in the estate planning arena, James Steffel functions as both a generalist and a specialist. In his role as client manager, he identifies what services clients need and who in the firm is best suited to provide them. As an estate, succession and strategic planning expert for families and closely held entities, he operates in the more proscribed family office, commercial and health care sectors and handles any taxation, transactional and litigation issues that arise. Highly proficient at gathering and analyzing relevant information, Jim quickly identifies both potential pitfalls and positive prospects and candidly explains them to clients in clear, straightforward language.
