Danelle Harrington focuses her practice on trusts and estates ─ assisting individuals, families and businesses plan for today and generations to come. Within her practice, Danelle helps clients develop and fine tune their estate plans and manage probate and trust administration after the death of a loved one – a daunting area of law where she excels. She drafts and prepares power of attorney, health patient advocate documents, wills, trusts and all other compilations necessary to estate planning packages. In addition to trusts, estates and post-death administration, Danelle counsels businesses on entity formation, succession planning and real estate issues involving farmland or any real estate that is part of the business. A particular area of specialty includes farmland transactions involving real estate and drafting and reviewing solar energy agreements and other alternative energy agreements. Having grown up on her family’s farm, Danelle understands her clients’ mindset and attachment to farmland, including the assets they’ve worked so hard to protect.
