Christopher Predko is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience successfully representing clients in some of the most complex, highly technical, multiparty cases, both at trial and arbitration. His practice is primarily focused on defending clients in cases involving product safety and liability, construction and environmental permitting. While his cases require enormous intellectual and professional rigor, his commitment to highly tailored client service remains paramount and constant. Chris defends product liability lawsuits across the country arising from different products in all industries. He also regularly represents automotive, consumer product, food, drug, device manufacturers and distributors in enforcement actions, product recalls and other matters before the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Product Safety Commission. At this level, while dealing with federal agencies is often handled by firms in Washington, D.C. or New York, Warner offers the same top-tier regulatory experience and advice, at Michigan rates. And, as both federal regulations and the enforcement tone grow more demanding and challenging, Chris – who is Coco-cChair of Warner’s Regulatory and Compliance Group – cautions companies that now is time to dust off old policies and implement employee training on handling product safety and recall issues.
