Alexandre Both is a partner at Walder Wyss. He has specialized in national and international M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments. His areas of activity also include financing, in particular real estate, acquisition and commodity financing. He also advises clients on general corporate and contract law issues. Alexandre Both studied at the Universities of Freiburg i. Ue. (lic. iur. 1999) and St. Gallen (lic. oec., with a focus on finance and capital markets, 2002). He worked in international law firms in Zurich and London as well as at Goldman Sachs. Alexandre Both works in French, English and German. He is registered in the lawyers' register of the canton of Zurich and the canton of Vaud.
